Air Force Aid Society

The Air Force Aid Society, the official charity of the U.S. Air Force, provides emergency assistance to Airmen and eligible family members by offering needs-based, interest-free loans and grants. Since its creation in 1942, the Air Force Aid Society has helped countless members of the Air Force community. Emergency loans provided by the Air Force Aid Society can cover costs for expenses such as emergency travel, funeral arrangements, basic living expenses, child care, and moving expenses. Apply online or in person at the Air Force Aid office in the Airman and Family Readiness Center.
