Army Morale, Welfare and Recreation (Ft. Belvoir)

Fort Belvoir Family and MWR exists because the U.S. Army is committed to the well-being of the community of people who serve and stand ready to defend the nation. The mission of Fort Belvoir DFMWR is to deliver quality Family and MWR programs that enhance the readiness and well-being of the total military community. Services range from ski trips to fitness classes and include everything in between such as the numerous Family programs at Army Community Service (ACS). ACS delivers services to help promote resiliency and stability during war and peace and deployments and PCS moves.

    InTransition is a free, voluntary program with coaches who provide psychological health care support to service members, veterans and their health care providers during times of transition. Service members can call to self-enroll 24/7.
