Eastern Montgomery Emergency Assistance Network, Inc. (EMEAN), helps those residents that live within EMEAN’s servicing zip codes (20903, 20904, 20905, 20866 & 20868). Their services include:
• Eviction Prevention: Requires a referral from Department of Health and Human Services/Emergency Services and an eviction notice.
• Utility Disconnection Prevention: Requires a referral from Department of Health and Human Services/Emergency Services and a disconnection notice.
• Prescription Assistance: Low-income, uninsured individuals with an unfilled RX.
Assistance may be provided to eligible individuals or families in crisis once within a 12-month period.

The Upper Montgomery Assistance Network provides emergency financial assistance, education, and referral services to people in our community who are at risk of homelessness. Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
