ServingTogether Kicks Off New Community Partnership with IVMF

On Monday, November 13th ServingTogether, a program of EveryMind announced a new community partnership with the Institute of Veterans and Military Families’ at Syracuse University (IVMF).   The partnership with the IVMF and their AmericaServes program will allow ServingTogether to connect multiple existing county-level veterans collaboratives into one comprehensive network that connects veterans, service members, and their families to service providers across the entire National Capital Region. Now working in 13 cities around the country, AmericaServes is a tried-and-tested community of practice aimed at coordinating services and improving outcomes to those who have served.

Strategy Session #2  How does the Care Coordination Platform Work? will be held on Wednesday,  November 29th.  Service providers working with military and veterans are encouraged to attend to find out more about the partnership.  Click HERE to register for Session #2.

Following these strategy sessions, ServingTogether and the Institute of Veterans and Military Families’ AmericaServes program will deploy a coordinated network of services, resources, and care within the AmericaServes model being replicated in communities throughout the United States (NCServes, NYServes, PAServes, SCServes), supported by local providers, IVMF, and its technology partner, Unite US.
