Volunteer Orientation Night at Serve Our Willing Warriors

 

Serve Our Willing Warriors is growing and has been approved to construct an additional home on our land.  This will enable SOWW to serve two services members and their families simultaneously.  With this approval comes the need for more dedicated volunteers.  SOWW has many great opportunities for volunteers! They will be holding a volunteer orientation night to welcome new volunteers!

Volunteer Orientation

Volunteer orientation is open to all new volunteers. The next orientation(s) will be held Thursday August 31 and September 28, 6pm to 7pm,  at Warrior Retreat at Bull Run in the conference room at the back of the Retreat (16013 Waterfall Road Haymarket VA 20169).  Orientation is not mandatory. However, it is a wonderful way to learn more about the organization and tour the beautiful retreat!   Email volunteer@willingwarriors.org if you plan to attend.

Serve Our Willing Warriors (SOWW) is a Virginia, nonprofit corporation, founded to help support our Nation’s wounded, injured or ill military service members. Their mission is to provide an enjoyable respite experience for recovering Warriors, their families, and their caretakers in a warm, home-like atmosphere. At the Warrior Retreat at Bull Run, Warriors and their families have a place to relax and reconnect!
