The FourBlock Career Readiness Program is a semester-long, university-accredited program that provides the professional development, career exploration, and network that today’s generation of veterans need to be competitive for great careers.
NFL Football Fellowship for Transitioning Service Members
The Washington Redskinsare seeking transitioning or recently transitioned service members to join the Community Relations/Charitable Foundation team, Partnership Marketing team and Operations team as a fellow from September through November during the 2018 NFL Football season.

Cisco Veteran Cyber Training Program
Cisco in partnership with Onward to Opportunity are offering free online CCNA Cyber Ops and CCNA Security training. Open to Veterans, Transitioning Service members, Guard, Reserves and Spouses. Participants are preferably located in VA or NC. Deadline to apply is Aug 2.

Join Natalie Oliverio & Michael Quinn for a Veteran Meet-Up happy hour! Friday, August 3 from 4 - 7 pm at Bar Louie in Crystal City (320 23rd Street South, Arlington, VA 22227). There will be networking, talking about transition tips and best practices for LinkedIn to maximize your job-search strategy. VA Welcome Home Benefits Fair – July 28
Welcome Home, Veterans Benefits Fair will be held Saturday, July 28th from 10:00am - 4:00pm at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Join a host of government and community partners who are coming together to offer assistance to Veterans and transitioning service members: Transition and Care Management, Mental Health, Voluntary Service, Vet Centers, VESO, VBA, the Mayor’s Office of Veteran’s Affairs, D.C.
