America’s Warrior Partnership Battle Rhythm

Join America’s Warrior Partnership Battle Rhythm for an hour-long virtual event. Learn about the trends & treatment of TBI. Each event is designed to empower veteran support organizations in their efforts assisting Veterans, their family members, and caregivers. Attendees include staff or volunteers from any Veteran support organization interested in empowering and improving the quality of life of the population they serve.

Daily Virtual Meditation

The Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center Mental Health Department hosts a Daily Meditation and Coping Skills Call, Monday-Friday from 12:15 pm - 12:30 pm. A member of the Mental Health Team will guide callers through a different five to ten minute guided meditation each day. After the meditation, a daily coping skill or stress management tool will be discussed.

PTSD Symptom Management Virtual Program

The Lone Survivor Foundation has created a PTSD Symptom Management Virtual Program. It is a no-cost program that takes place via video conferencing over three days. Participants will have the opportunity to practice tools for stress relief and improved self-regulation, as well as check-in with a mental health clinician each day.

Maryland’s Commitment to Veterans Operation Roll Call

Maryland's Commitment to Veterans is offering a new program called Operation Roll Call. The veteran will need to call the MCV 24/7 Hotline at 1/877-770-4801 to request to be a part of MCV Operation Roll Call. Once the veteran has completed registration, the RRC will call to check in on the veteran once a week or once every two weeks (whichever the veteran chooses).
