VET Centers provide quality readjustment counseling in a caring manner. The staff understands and appreciates Veterans' war experiences while assisting them and their family members toward a successful post-war adjustment in or near their community. Services are free to eligible veterans and their families.

Veterans Yoga Project will be holding a Mindful Resilience Training for Trauma Recovery workshop July 13-15 in Arlington, VA to teach yoga instructors or mental health clinicians Mindful Resilience, an evidence-informed, clinically-tested yoga program that was developed specifically for veterans recovering from posttraumatic stress and other psychological difficulties. Standard registration is $425. But they have scholarships available for active duty and veterans.
