  • Walk in Their Footsteps – Shoe/Boot Collection

    "The HUD Veterans Affinity Group (VAG) has achieved measurable successes in the past several years organizing, collecting, and distributing New Boots/Shoes in support of the Annual “Walk In Their Foot Steps” New Boot/Shoe collection campaign for homeless and at-risk Veterans and their families, and this year the 2016 “Walk In their Foot Steps” Campaign has once again set a goal for collecting 1,500 pairs of new Boots and Shoes to do our part in assisting our homeless veterans to secure employment, housing, and medical care."

  • New App Needs Veteran Volunteers

    The Council of Better Business Bureaus needs Veteran volunteers to help pilot a new Smart Phone app - MobileMi$$ion. This opportunity is open to all Veterans who have an Android phone. Although the App is being designed to provide financial mentorship to its users, those volunteering to participate need not require this support. Click on the poster to learn more.
