Good day, mental health stakeholders, Veterans and community partners!

The Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center will host its Mental Health Summit 2018 on Tuesday, September 18 at 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The summit will be held at the Old Council Chambers (near the Judiciary Square Metro Station), 441 4th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. This year’s theme is “Healing Trauma: A Unified Front”. The summit is being held to bring together key stakeholders, veterans and community partners to enhance access to mental health services as well as address the mental health needs of Veterans and their family members residing in DC, MD and VA.

This year’s Mental Health Summit will include panel discussions, speakers and presentations as well as information booths. Members of mental health organizations, veteran advocacy groups and individuals with lived experiences will speak and provide presentations. Your presence and active participation is appreciated.
