Location
The Gaylord National Harbor facility is divided into two sides – the “hotel” side and the “convention center” side. Sea-Air-Space Exposition is held on the convention side, and the Transition Connection is located in the Cherry Blossom Ballroom.

Set-Up and Materials
The Cherry Blossom Ballroom will be open at 8:00AM for set-up, with participants allowed access at 11:00AM. Exhibitors will be provided a 10’ x 10’ space with a 6’ draped table and two chairs. We recommend early arrival to avoid parking delays. Please contact Beth Klein at bklein@navyleague.org if you need information on shipping materials to the site.
Registration and Badges
Please register your team by using following the instructions:
- Go to the Transition Connection Site
- Select the Exhibitor option
- Select your booth from the dropdown list of exhibitors and enter the email address of your first registrant
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete all registrations
