NBC4 is excited to announce the 24th year of its Health & Fitness Expo, which has become a highly anticipated event each year in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The Expo — which will be held Jan. 7 and 8, 2017 — is an all-weekend experience that is wrapped around a multiplatform public health campaign.

Kicking off the weekend is the event Hiring Our Heroes, which will begin Friday. In partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Capitol One, Hiring Our Heroes supports our nation’s veterans and their families assisting them in finding jobs.

Saturday and Sunday demonstrates the power of Working 4 You in our community as Expo exhibitors show that they are the experts in their fields. Working with NBC4, our partners bring forth their best content to engage attendees and improve their overall health. They offer medical testing, fitness classes, healthy cooking lessons, educational information sessions, opportunities for consultations, opportunities to learn more about making lifestyle changes, and so much more that keeps the floor packed with excited community members from across the DMV.
