Please join us for our six-month In Progress Review (IPR). This is an opportunity to give your feedback on how we can improve our coordinated network of care. What are we doing right? Where are we falling short? Your feedback will help us keep moving in the right direction.
We will also report on the first six months of the network’s performance, veteran family demographics and service delivery data, and updates and developments from the network. We’ll discuss future plans and how your organization’s role will lead to the network’s success.
Members of the ServingTogether team, IVMF, and Unite US will be on hand to lead the discussion and answer any questions or inquiries you may have.
