Mental Health Resources

Sharing Awareness to Mental Health Resources

We hear your concerns of panic, fear and emotional confusion during this unprecedented time in our world. Many of you may be having challenges understanding what is it to come in this ever-changing global situation. We want to help you and your families make sense of things and be able to have conversations with your children, who may show signs of distress and anxiety.

We have compiled a list of resources to empower you as you navigate the way forward for your family.

Here at ServingTogether, we never want to overwhelm you with resources. So please be aware, if you are struggling to find the appropriate resources, our Peer Navigators are available to help make the guess-work out of getting to the right organization easier for you. Reach out to us at 1-855-738-7176 or by completing our Get Assistance Form
