This Collaborative is a joint effort with Harford County Government’s Department of Community Services and the Harford County Veteran’s Commission. This month’s meeting will feature a panel of speakers on Housing & Shelter, including APGFCU – VA Home Loans, Chesapeake Health Education Program (CHEP) – Veterans Independence Project (Perry Point), Harford Community Action Agency – Homeless Services, Harford County Community and Economic Development – Housing Vouchers, and Sheppard Pratt – Shallow Subsidy Program.
