Join DAV Chapter 26 and their Auxilliary for a Veterans and Dependents Information Seminar on Saturday, October 26th from 9AM to 4PM at the Lexington Park Rescue Squad Building in Lexington Park, MD. National and Chapter Service Officers will be present to answer questions and initiate claims. This is a free event.

Warrior Canine Connection Puppy Training Information Classes
Warrior Canine Connection (WCC) enlists Service Members and Veterans with combat stress in the critical mission of training service dogs for fellow wounded warriors. If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of join WCC and The Steven A Cohen Military Family Clinic for a 7 part training session where you will learn about dog psychology and training methods. Session one begins Friday. October 11th from 8:30-9:30 AM at Easterseals in Silver Spring,MD. Registration is required.

The Journey Conference is an annual conference hosted by Brain Injury Services for survivors, family members, and professionals in the brain injury community. At the conference, you'll attend sessions where local experts in the field of rehabilitation discuss practical strategies survivors can use in real life.
