American Legion Post 41 in Silver Spring, MD has coordinated with the American Legion and VFW department of NC and is launching "Operation Lumberton County Vet Support" to assist with the needs of veterans and family members who suffered loses due to Hurricane Matthew.
Veterans Community Access Center Now Offered in Frederick
The Martinsburg VET Center partners with Frederick Community College and Frederick Aging Department to offer counseling service hours in two locations in Frederick each week to provide counseling, outreach and referral services to a larger population of combat veterans and their families.
