WCC will offer a one-year paid Internship for Veterans and Military Family Members. The goal of the Internship is for all participants to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes to work as Mobility Service Dog Trainers with proficiency in WCC’s Mission Based Trauma Recovery model.
Project Management Professional Course Accepting Applications!
USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore is now accepting applications for our next Project Management Professional course offered for transitioning service members. The course is offered August 22 through September 21 at the Fort Belvoir USO, with classes held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm - 9:30pm, and Saturday mornings from 8:00am - 12:00pm.

The District of Columbia Department of Disability Services has partnered with the Mayor's Office of Veterans Affairs to provide dedicated vocational rehabilitation assistance to our veteran community. This program and separate and apart from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' vocational rehabilitation program. If you have been denied or are currently using the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' program, you may still be eligible for District assistance. Come speak with one of our counselors!
