This two-hour session will help you understand: which benefits transition with you, how to manage your cash flow, & how to maintain financial wellness during your transition. Join the Mason Community for their third lunch meeting of the new Rotary International Membership Center at Mason on Thursday November 9, 2017 from 12pm-1:30pm at the Hub Building, Ballroom, Fairfax Campus, George Mason University. They will be discussing Closing the Gaps: The unmet physical and behavioral health needs of Post 9/11 veterans at Mason and across Northern Virginia.

November 4th at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. An event to provide medical screenings, employment support and housing services to eligible homeless veterans. 9am-2pm.

Job Fair – Winchester, VA – Oct 23

VFW Post 2123 and the VEC have joined together to put on a job fair on October 23rd at the National Guard Armory, 181 Pendleton Drive, Winchester VA from 10 AM to 4 PM. Veterans are encouraged to attend.

Veterans Day Breakfast (Middleburg) – Nov 11

Annual Pathways to Wellness Conference – Oct 20

The annual Pathways to Wellness Conference Friday, October 20 from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm at Fairfax Government Center offers workshops on mental health resiliency and wellness for NOVA's residents seeking mental health care, as well as the families and friends who love and support them. This year's theme - #ThisIsUs encourages self-acceptance as self-care, and our workshops will engage creativity as one aspect of therapeutic recovery. Registration is required. Tickets are $30 and include lunch. Scholarships are available on a limited basis.
