Pilot Program for Service Dog Care

On August 18th, the Department of Veteran Affairs released a statement saying that they will be implementing a pilot program to determine if they will offer veterinary care for service dogs assisting veterans.

Quantico Walk/Run at Work, Annual Health Fair & Retiree Day

Free Improv Class for Veterans

The Armed Services Arts Partnership's seven-week improv class at no cost to/exclusively for veterans, service members, and military family members. Led by professional improviser and USAF Veteran Shawn Westfall, the course will provide a collaborative, supportive environment for participants to learn the basics of short form improv. Brain Injury Data Collection

The Department of Veterans Affairs released an article yesterday detailing the strides being made to data collection for brain injury. The Veterans Health Administration keeps a registry of Veterans who have experienced a Traumatic Brain Injury as a means of monitoring and providing medical intervention.
