Did you know? FREE Tickets to Events through Vet Tix!
Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix) is a national nonprofit that supports the military community of all branches of currently serving military including the Guard and Reserve, veterans of all eras, families of those killed in action and caregivers of VetTixers. Vet Tix provides free event tickets with a nominal delivery fee to attend sporting events, concerts, performing arts and family activities. Attending these types of community events improves morale and strengthens family bonds, while encouraging service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities. Since 2008, Vet Tix has provided more than 5 million free event tickets to over 900,000 verified VetTixers, giving back to those who have given so much. Visit VetTix.org to learn more, and follow us on Twitter and Facebook.
While at events, it’s quite common that VetTixers are seated in the same sections as other VetTixers to establish comradery and help strengthen peer bonds within the military and veteran community. An Army veteran who attended a concert through Vet Tix said, “As a veteran dealing with PTSD, I do not often go out into large crowds. Being seated in a great area with easy access and being seated with other veterans was very helpful.”
Vet Tix has sent VetTixers to top events including the Final Four NCAA Basketball championship game in Phoenix, Hamilton the Musical, U2, Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, MLB, NBA, WNBA, NHL, NFL including the 2018 Super Bowl and much more.
