Equines for the Military Open House Dec 7th
The Healing Farm (a proud PATH Member Center serving the Central and Southern Maryland for over 13 years) is excited to kick-off their brand-new Equines for the Military programming offered free of charge through Spring 2020! with an OPEN HOUSE:
December 7th, 3-5 PM at 14611 St Thomas Church Rd., Upper Marlboro, MD, 20772
Come out and explore:
- Equine Partnership Sessions, for those who wish to gain the peace, clarity, sense of purpose, and joy that can only be found with horses! Confidence building, life-changing, peace-giving experiences for those with PTSD, depression, lack of direction, and other emotional challenges.
- Therapeutic Horsemanship Sessions, for those who may have physical limitations but are still interested in the amazing opportunities horses offer!
- Volunteer Opportunities, gain horse experience, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others!
Visits, for groups and individuals, scheduled at various days and times, are welcome, as well
