As Military Retirees, we have all come from varied backgrounds, have served in various branches of service, and have various interests. One area in which we share much in common is our health and health care. LCDR Oakley, will be explaining the various aspects of the Patient Wellness Program.

He will go into what the program is, who is eligible to use the service, and what one might expect from the program.
