How to Manage Stress

This is a 45 minute class that addresses stress and how to manage it. In this class attendee’s will learn about the science behind stress and the impact it can have on the body physically and mentally. They will discuss stress management tools, ineffective methods of stress management and lifestyle choices associated with increased resilience.

There will be two opportunities to attend on Tuesday, January 19th

at 2:15PM and another option at 5:00PM.
