This workshop is designed to be fun-filled, art-making, experiences for the whole family. Join our talented Art Instructors as they guide you through mixed media exercises where you’ll create a unique work-of-art by the completion of the workshop. Topics will vary but one thing is for sure – you WILL have fun! These experiences are made possible through generous donations, fundraising, and grants. Please consider supporting this Initiative to allow us to continue offering these experiences! Due to the high demand of these workshops, they often fill up fast, so please register early. Due to the special nature of this online class, please register ONE (1) seat for your whole family. There is no need to register multiple seats. It is expected that the parent/guardian attend the class with the child.
One Day Workshop
Monday June 22, 2pm -3pm – Cupcake Liner Ball Decoration: This fun craft can be made with very few items: two boxes of cupcake liners, hot glue, an old Christmas ornament, a pipe-cleaner and scissors.
Monday June 22, 3pm – 4pm – Melted Crayon Fun! Materials for crayon fun – box of crayons (remove labels before class), hair dryer, hot glue gun, spoon, fork, knife, canvas board or even just a piece of cardboard, covering for your table and a small polishing cloth.
Wednesday June 24, 1:30pm – 2:30pm – Melted Crayon Fun! Materials for crayon fun – box of crayons (remove labels before class), hair dryer, hot glue gun, spoon, fork, knife, canvas board or even just a piece of cardboard, covering for your table and a small polishing cloth.
Wednesday June 24, 3pm -4pm – Wire Tree Sculpture – Materials for the tree sculpture: Bunch of floral wire – any color. Wire cutters, small frame, needle nose plyers and fun stuff to add to it if you want!
