Military and Veteran Caregiver Roundtable – May 22

The DC, Maryland, and Virginia Elizabeth Dole Foundation Fellows have been working hard on a project that could revolutionize the way we work to get our caregiver struggles and hardships resolved.  On May 22, 2018 they are launching a local survey that they hope will dig deep into the regional issues caregivers are facing AS WELL AS potential SOLUTIONS to these issues.  They are partnering with the DC Mayor’s Office of Veteran Affairs to host a Roundtable discussion using the survey questions as a launching point.

They are in search of Washington, DC military & veteran caregivers whose service members receive care in DC to participate in the survey and Roundtable on May 22 and need your help.  They need you to please share this information about the upcoming roundtable far and wide with any caregivers who may be interested in attending!

They will be following up in the days leading up to the roundtable with  more detailed information about how local DMV caregivers can participate in taking the actual survey itself.

In advance, the Elizabeth Dole Foundation and the DC Mayor’s Office of Veterans Affairs THANKS YOU for your support with this initiative.  It’s with support of VSOs like yours that we can make real change for our caregiver community!

If you have any questions, please do no hesitate to reach out!

Thank you!
