Serving Together Program Manager
We are excited to announce that the Serving Together team will be hiring a Full-Time Program Manager!
This individual is responsible for working collaboratively with community partners to identify existing programs and organizations providing services and information to the military and veteran community in the Greater Baltimore Region.
The Manager will develop relationships with key stakeholders; coordinate meetings, forums, and briefings; help coordinate and oversee peer navigation services; coordinate community-based collaboratives, and engage existing and new service providers.
