During this community session, we are convening Northern Virginia providers and partners to discuss coordinating care in our community. Our goal is to better serve our military-connected community members, and we will be discussing the AmericaServes solution in more depth.

When: Wednesday, January 31, 2018, 10:00am – 1:00pm ET
Where: Boeing; 929 Long Bridge Drive, Arlington, VA 22202

This event is held at no cost.

Parking: There are more than 100 metered parking spaces on the streets around Boeing’s headquarters.  Many of these meters have a 4 hour limit.

Hourly Parking: Available at 201 12th Street South, across the street from Boeing.

Metro: Pentagon City and Crystal City metros are both about 6 blocks away.

Identification: Please be sure to bring your government issued ID. Once you enter the lobby, you will need to register with security and receive a paper badge.

Following these strategy sessions, ServingTogether and the Institute of Veterans and Military Families’ AmericaServes program will deploy a coordinated network of services, resources, and care within the AmericaServes model being replicated in communities elsewhere (NCServesNYServesPAServesSCServes), supported by local providers, IVMF, and its technology partner, Unite US.
