Manager, Coordination Center
EveryMind is hiring a Full-Time Manager with the Serving Together program. This individual is responsible for managing the operations of ServingTogether’s Coordination Center including performance, quality assurance, reporting, evaluation, and supervision.
Veteran Peer Navigator
EveryMind is hiring a Veteran Peer Navigator with the ServingTogether program. This individual is responsible for receiving, prioritizing, and triaging clients (veterans, service members, and their family members or caretakers). The Veteran Peer Navigator identifies and provides information about and referrals to local, regional, and national resources and is knowledgeable on services available locally and regionally. Must have familiarity with military culture, structure, and services.
