Join Hylton for a 6-week series designed for military kids and teenagers where they will learn songwriting skills in a virtual, collaborative environment. Students may bring melodies in-progress, or come seeking fresh ideas and creative ways to approach music composition. Students will also explore techniques of recording and performing music at home, and the class will culminate with a collection of recordings of original music produced right from the students’ homes. Students do not need to be advanced singers or musicians to join this program.
This workshop series is FREE and open to military kids between the ages of 10 and 17. Space is limited.
