Support Mental Wellness in Our Community

According to national data, older adults account for 20% of the nation’s death by suicide and

for 15-to 24-year-olds, it is the second leading case of death with Hispanics, Asian-Americans, and African-Americans at the greatest risk.

EveryMind is a core center for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

and one of only two text and chat enabled centers in the state of Maryland.

In July 2022, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline’s national new 9-8-8 number will be in effect and EveryMind is now preparing to meet the anticipated tripling call volume by increasing staff and building up infrastructure.

Partner with us to invest in the mental health and wellness of our community by supporting EveryMind’s Hotline. Together, we can provide the listening support, resources, and crisis prevention and intervention services needed to combat suicidal ideation in our community.
