UPCOMING COVID-19 MILITARY SUPPORT INITIATIVE TOWN HALLS

Addressing Caregiver Needs During COVID-19

Tuesday, May 19 | 3 – 4 PM EST

Caregivers and wounded warriors are bearing an extra burden during these times of social distancing, often feeling isolated and unable to access a full range of care options.

Join representatives from the Elizabeth Dole Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project as they discuss access to care and support, as well as available resources and innovative solutions for caregivers during the current pandemic. To round out the conversation, we will welcome a caregiver and wounded warrior couple to share their personal perspective on the sudden changes and their efforts to adapt and overcome.

How Will COVID-19 Change the Military?

Thursday, May 21 | 3 – 4 PM EST

Americans are facing unprecedented changes to their daily lives in the face of COVID-19. Like the rest of society, the U.S. military is also rapidly adapting to remain mission and combat ready.

Join leaders from the Department of Defense and private sector representatives to discuss how the military will adapt in the face of the current pandemic and look to the future to remain the world’s leading fighting force.

Town hall participants will discuss the future of deployments, field exercises, recruitment and retention, and the day-to-day lives of America’s military members.

These are free events, but event registration is required!
Capacity is limited, however, so prompt registration is recommended.
