Virginia Announces ‘Milestone’

Virginia is the first state in the United States to declare a ‘milestone’ in putting an end to Veteran homelessness, by Federal standards, according to The Washington Post.  Cities such as Las Vegas, Syracuse, and Schenectady have all announced an end to Veteran homelessness but Virginia is the first state.
