Volunteers Needed for Project Homeless Connect

Please consider singing up as a Buddy Volunteer at this year’s United Way of the National Capital Area’s Project Homeless Connect event on Thursday, September 20th.  This is a great volunteer opportunity for an individual or grab the team from work and all come volunteer together.  Volunteers are partnered one on one with a participant at the event and help them to navigate the services and resources available that day.  ServingTogether and a whole host of community programs will be onsite to provide services and information to our homeless  population.  For additional information download the full volunteer information sheet.
