EveryMind encourages you to get outside and get moving for your physical health and mental wellbeing during the month of May—Mental Health Awareness Month. Studies have shown that being physically active outdoors and breathing in the fresh air enhances mood, boosts energy, and has demonstrated positive effects on overall mental health.


We have met many of you on the trail this month and we still have about 2 weeks to go in May. Don’t let Mental Health Awareness Month pass you by without taking steps on the road to wellness!
