This meeting will be the third official discussion of the Loudoun County Community Veterans Engagement Board (CVEB), as we proposed at our last meeting. This meeting will discuss CVEB Leadership and Bylaws. We encourage all to attend.
Informal meetings with community partners are called Collaboratives. ServingTogether hosts collaborative meetings in a variety of locations throughout the National Capital Region. Resources, events, and information are shared to broaden the knowledge and understanding of available support. All are welcome to participate.
For our August meeting Candance Willet from the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Easterseals will present on their mental health services for veterans, caregivers and their families including telehealth. Ms. Willet will also provide information about all of the veteran programs offered at Easterseals.
The Frederick County Community Engagement Board (FCCVEB) is designed to address Veteran issues and improve coordination of services for veterans, service members and their families in Frederick County. The Montgomery County Veterans Collaborative is a partnership between Serving Together and Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services. Meetings held from 2:00-4:00 PM at EveryMind, 1000 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville, MD 20851
