WMAI annual Winterfest is a joyous opportunity for visitors of all ages to enjoy the Season, all while remaining safe and socially distant. This year’s event will feature a holiday art market, local vendors, a snowflake decorating contest, festive lights, and a special visit from Santa. Tickets include a gift from the Workhouse and raffle entry to win $50 gift certificate to any art or class at the Workhouse and a bottle of wine. Workhouse Military in the Arts provides free, weekly therapeutic and/or fine arts Open Studio opportunities that are exclusive to the military community for veterans to explore their creativity through structured and open-ended art experiences such as painting, sculpture and drawing. Open Studio sessions are intended to foster creativity and encourage experimentation in a safe, communal atmosphere of cultural exchange, conversation, and freedom of expression.
