Open Call: Military Brats – Art about the Military Child Experience

Open call for artwork depicting the military child experience. The WMAI invites all youth (ages 5+), adolescent, and adult children of active duty or retired service members, veterans and reservists to submit a single artwork.

FREE Dental Clinic

A free dental clinic offered and hosted by Hope for Tomorrow, Loudoun County and Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church will be held Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at Douglass Community Center in Leesburg, VA. Appointments are limited. Pre-registration is required by April 25.

Retirement & Financial Readiness Event at Fort Belvoir USO

This seminar reviews seven key decisions that service members must make when transitioning from service. The class discusses how to approach each decision and also how to best to make choice given the individual circumstances. Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP), VA Disability, Life Insurance, Medical & Dental Insurance, Long Term Care coverage, and Social Security options are reviewed.
