ADC, with support from Booz Allen Hamilton, conducted a national survey between December 2, 2020 and January 8, 2021 to better understand the state of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in America’s defense communities. Join them on Tuesday, March 2 at 11 a.m. EST for an overview of the report, a discussion of findings, and opportunities for addressing DEI issues in communities. Creating Calmness Workshop
Please join the American Red Cross for a virtual workshop that teaches stress-management and relaxation techniques for service members, veterans, and their families. This will be a live, facilitated discussion around the challenges of living through times of stress. You will have an opportunity to share with others, learn and practice new skills and ask questions in a small online group. We invite you to join on video and audio for 90 minutes of conversation with a Red Cross mental health volunteer and other members of your community.
