Gathering outside the cathedral just before midnight, we'll undertake a journey of healing, connection, and blessing as we move into the building and are led in periods of silence and song, guided reflection and shared prayer. Up Top Acres and the Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP) are joining forces once more to host another special Veterans Comedy Show at one of Up Top's rooftop farms. This performance will feature comedians who have graduated from ASAP's Comedy Bootcamp program, the first stand-up comedy class in the country for veterans. The event will provide a platform for veteran comedians to showcase their talents and tell their hilarious stories in front of members of the DC community. Saturday, June 23rd from 7:30-10:00PM. Cohen Military Family Clinic This workshop is designed to help veterans and their families recognize and manage post deployment stress and other war related concerns, including trauma issues.
