Military Appreciation Day at Ravens Training Camp

In appreciation of our military the Baltimore Ravens are hosting an exclusive training camp practice on Monday, July 30th, 2018 at 8:45 AM. Open to active duty, retired, civilian service men and women as well as their families. Registration is required.

Veterans Curation Program Open House

The Alexandria Veterans Curation Program provides vocational rehabilitation and innovative training to recently separated veterans using archaeological collections administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Join them for an open house on July 31st from 10am - 2pm to learn more about the program.

The American Red Cross has Military and Veteran Caregiver Network (MVCN) offers caregivers access to the highest quality peer support programs and services– online and in their communities– through collaboration with partner organizations, agencies and groups that share a commitment to reducing caregiver isolation.

Martinsburg VA Mental Health Summit

This year's Martinsburg VA Medial Center Mental Health Summit will take place in Shepherdstown, WV on Tuesday, August 21 from 8:30am - 3:30pm. This is a free event and open to the public. VetsRide is Now Available in DC

The Mayor’s Office on Veterans Affairs ("MOVA") is launching a pilot transportation program for District of Columbia veterans with the Department of For-Hire Vehicles. Program eligibility is restricted to veteran residents of Washington DC with an annual income of less than $30,000. Documentation evidencing eligibility may be requested by MOVA. The purpose of this program is to ensure that this population has access to the medical, educational, employment and other opportunities that they require.
