Affordable Family Fun and Fundraiser for Horses Help Heroes in Prince George’s County
Horses Help Heroes and Great Escape Stables will be holding an affordable family fun event and fundraiser on Saturday, December 29, 2018, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at 17620 Central Avenue in Bowie, MD. You and your family are invited to enjoy pony rides, arts and crafts, grooming, and treats for the horses. The gracious hosts are requesting a modest donation of $10/child of non-military or veteran families and $5/child of military and veteran families.

Wills for Heroes Event in Greenbelt, MD on November 17th
Saturday, November 17, 2018, lawyers will be at the American Legion, 6900 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD 20770, conducting the Wills for Heroes program for veterans and their spouses/domestic partners. Volunteer lawyers will be available for one (1) hour appointments starting at 10:30 am and ending at 3:30 pm. At the conclusion, attendees will have notarized legal documents to take home with them.

Join USO Metro for a fun, fast paced speed networking session for military spouses in the Fort Belvoir Military Community. On Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the USO, the art of networking, create and practice your elevator pitch and speed network with other military spouses, employers, organizations, and community leaders.
